160 gm timun, dibuang empulur
160 gm nenas, dibuang empulur
¼ biji cili benggala merah

½ labu bawang besar, dihiris baji
Bahan Sos....
1 sudu besar Perencah Nasi Goreng Cina SERI-AJI®
2 sudu besar sos cili manis Thai

Sedikit garam, gula
CARA2NYA ........:
1.  Potong semua sayuran.
2.  Kacau Perencah Nasi Goreng atas api perlahan hingga harum.
3.  Masukkan ke dalam mangkuk, campurkan semua bahan sos yang lain.
4.  Gaulkan dengan campuran sayuran dan letak dalam peti sejuk selama 30 min sebelum disajikan.
*Boleh sajikan terus jika suka.

1.      Potong berbaji nipis (wedges) tomato dan bawang besar.

4.      Tumbuk atau kisar bahan sambal belacan.
5.      Kemudian gaulkan dengan bahan lain.

Rebus semua dengan 4cawan air sehingga tinggal separuh.

PANCAKE SIMPLE

 


BAHAN BAHAN ............
2 Cawan tepung gandum
4 Sudu Besar Mentega
2 Sudu Besar Jus Lemon
4 Sudu Besar Gula Kastor
3 Sudu Teh Baking Powder
2 Biji Telur
1 Sudu Kecik Garam
1 1/2 Cawan Susu Full Cream ( susu dutchlady)
 


CARA CARANYA ..........
1. Cairkan mentega.
2. Campur susu dan jus lemon, biarkan selama 5 minit.
3. Campur sekali susu, jus lemon, telur dan mentega yang di carikan.
4. Dalam Mangkuk berasingan, adunkan bahan kering iaitu tepung, garam, baking powder dan gula.
5. Kemudian tuang adunan basah kedalam mangkuk yang berisi bahan kering, dalam langkah 4. Dan kacau hingga sebati.
6. Panaskan nonstick pan yang digriskan dengan sedikit minyak sayur, tuang 1/4 adunan keatas kuali dan masak sehingga buih timbul di permukaan.
7. Masak sehingga keperangan di kedua-dua belah bahagian.

BUTTER LEMON CHEESECAKE

BAHAN BAHAN ............
225gm tepung gandum
1 1/2 baking powder
200gm pure butter atau lepa susu
180 gm cream cheese
150gm gula (utk bancuh air tu pun ok)
5 biji telur
1/2 sudu kecil parutan kulit lemon
1 sudu kecil jus lemon


CARA CARANYA .......:








Masukkan butter, cream cheese, dan gula. Mulakan dengan speed perlahan dahulu kalau tak nak butter melompat keluar. Sekejap sahaja bahan2 tu akan bersatu. Masa tu baru tukar kepada high speed. Pukul hingga adunan kembang atau bertukar menjadi putih pucat.

Kalau nampak bahan-bahan tadi menempel di tepi mangkuk mixer, stopkan mixer sekejap, kikis adunan tu menggunakan spatula. Tujuan kita buat begini adalah supaya semua bahan dipukul dengan sempurna.

 Bersihkan kulit telur. Pecahkan kulitnya dan masukkan telur satu per satu ke dalam adunan. 

Masukkan lemon zest dan jus lemon. Masa parut kulit lemon tu, pastikan parut kulit kuning sahaja. Kalau parut bahagian putih sekali, nanti pahit. Jus lemon tu pula, wajib tapis bijinya. Tapis dengan jari pun ok.

Pukul adunan hingga kembang gebu begini. Volume adunan nampak naik.

Perlahankan mixer supaya tepung tak berterabur. Masukkan tepung yang dah diayak bersama baking powder sedikit demi sedikit. Putar sekadar sebati sahaja. Kemudian, sodok bahagian bawah adunan dan kaub balik 2-3 kali sahaja. Ini bagi memastikan tidak ada ketulan tepung di bawah adunan. Atau, off mixer, kaub balik adunan dengan spatula atau senduk. Jangan overmix. Sekadar sebati sahaja

Sediakan loyang saiz 8" x 8". Sapu sekeliling bahagian dalam loyang dengan butter atau lepa susu atau marjerin. Kemudian, masukkan sedikit tepung. Golek2kan loyang supaya tepung menyaluti seluruh bahagian dalam loyang. Kemudian, terbalikkan loyang dan hentak beberapa kali (atau tepuk belakang loyang) bagi membuang lebihan tepung.

Tujuan buat begini adalah supaya kek tidak melekat dan mudah dikeluarkan.


Masukkan adunan ke dalam loyang. Hentak loyang beberapa kali bagi membuang udara dalam kek dan supaya kek rata. Nanti kek naik pun cantik je.

Lain oven lain suhunya, ya. Kenali oven masing2. Setkan suhu 170'C, api atas bawah. Jika oven yang ada kipas, offkan kipas supaya kek tidak kering (butang rotisserie). Pastikan kita dah panaskan oven sekitar 10 minit sebelum mula membakar kek. Ini bagi memastikan suhu oven sudah stabil.

Bakar kek selama 30 minit. Buatlah alarm atau apa pun. Janji kita alert dengan kek dalam oven. Apabila cukup 30 minit, cucuk tengah kek dengan lidi. Jika keluar bersih, maknanya kek sudah masak. 

Keluarkan terus daripada loyang supaya kek tidak berpeluh di dalam loyang.

NOTE PENTING ...............
(1) 1 1/2 baking powder tu maknanya, 1 sudu kecil baking powder ditambah lagi 1/2 sudu kecil baking powder.
(2) Guna pure butter lebih sedap aroma dan rasanya. Tapi saya guna Farmcows pun sedap juga.
(3) Contoh pure butter : Anchor, SCS, Lurpak, Westgold.
(4) Contoh lepa susu: Farmcows, Twincows, Buttercup, Butterlite.

Add now the cheese mixture to the egg white mixture and slowly mix well. Grease a 8inch springform pan and line the bottom and sides of the pan with baking paper. Pour this cheesecake batter into the already prepared springform pan. Place the springform pan in a baking pan and pour enough boiling water in a baking pan. Steam will help making the soft and moist cake and hot water around the cake will gradually cook inside. Arrange it in the middle rack of the oven. Bake at 320F for 60minutes and reduce the temperature to 300F and bake for 15minutes. When a skewer inserted comes out clean,turn off the oven. Dont take out the cake immediately from the oven. Remove the cake from the oven and cool it completely. Refrigerate for few hours before serving..

Satukan semua bahan dalam bekas
Gaul rata, hingga semuanya bersalut sempurna

Sediakan loyang 14x14 inc, alas loyang dengan kertas kek sahaja
Panaskan oven pada suhu 160C
Tuangkan adunan tadi dalam loyang dan ratakan nipis
Bakar dalam oven selama 10 minit
Sejurus keluar dari oven terus potong kepada kepingan
Simpan dalam bekas kedap udara.
