~ Easy Chicken Kabab ~
- Chicken- 1 LB boneless cut to small cubes
- Freshly ground black pepper- 1 tsp
- Oil- 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce- 2 tablespoons
Mix the soy sauce, pepper powder & oil with little water
and coat the chicken cubes evenly.
Leave it to marinate for an hour. Arrange
this marinated chicken in skewers and broil for 20 minutes.
Turn the chicken pieces in between and baste
with the left over marinade occasionally.
