I can’t always do stretches in my office and I know for a fact that doctors can’t help with minor soreness, but trying something as simple as placing a clothespin on my ear might sound ridiculous but why not try it if it works.

Ibu Bapa Patut Tahu Inilah Sebab Mengapa Bayi Kena Penyakit Kuning Selepas Bersalin | Masalah penyakit kuning di kalangan bayi baru lahir adalah fenomena yang kerap berlaku. Jika ditanya, ramai ibu menyatakan anak mereka kuning ketika minggu pertama selepas kelahiran.


Tidak kurang pula rawatan tradisional atau alternatif yang digunakan seperti susu kambing, menjemur di pagi hari serta mandi menggunakan ubat tabib Cina.

Apakah penyakit kuning dan bagaimana ia berlaku?

Penyakit kuning, atau jaundis, sebenarnya bukan satu penyakit. Ia berlaku akibat sel darah merah yang pecah. Lebih banyak sel darah merah yang pecah, lebih tinggi kadar jaundis. Bayi terbabit mempunyai najis berwarna kuning dan air kencing jernih. 

Terdapat beberapa keadaan di mana sel darah merah pecah pada kadar lebih tinggi seperti: 

1. Pendarahan di bawah kulit kepala iaitu 'subaponeurotic haemorrhage'

2. Darah bayi yang pekat. Ini biasanya berlaku pada bayi dilahirkan ibu yang mengalami masalah

3. Kencing manis

4. Jangkitan kuman

Jenis darah yang berbeza antara ibu dan anak. Biasanya risiko lebih tinggi sekiranya salah seorang mempunyai darah jenis O. Dalam keadaan sebegini, jaundis mungkin bermula dalam 24 jam pertama selepas lahir dan tahapnya mungkin melebihi 340 micromol atau liter.


Mengenali Jaundis

Bayi jaundis boleh dikenali dengan warna kulitnya yang kuning. Ia biasanya bermula dari muka dan turun ke perut dan kemudiannya ke kaki. Untuk mengenal pasti sama ada bayi anda mengalami jaundis, tekan pada kulitnya untuk beberapa saat dan kemudian lepaskan. Sekiranya jaundis, kulit di bahagian yang ditekan akan kelihatan kuning. 

Sekiranya jaundis itu fisiologikal atau berpunca daripada salah satu sebab di atas, air kencing jadi jernih manakala najis pula kuning.


Rawatan Jaundis

Doktor biasanya akan mengambil darah untuk mengenal pasti tahap dan jenis jaundis. Sekiranya perlu, bayi akan diletak di bawah lampu fototerapi. Ini akan membantu mengurangkan tahap jaundis. Ketika menjalani rawatan fototerapi, baju dan seluar akan ditanggalkan dan mata akan ditutup dengan cermin mata khas untuk mengelakkan kerosakan pada retina. Bayi juga perlu diberi susu dengan lebih kerap dan banyak untuk mengelakkan daripada dehidrasi. 

Sekiranya tahap jaundis terlalu tinggi, doktor mungkin perlu melakukan pertukaran darah. 

Rawatan tradisional?

Rawatan menggunakan susu kambing atau ubat mandian tidak mempunyai bukti saintifik mengenai keberkesanannya, manakala menjemur pula kurang efektif kerana ia bergantung pada cuaca. Pendedahan pada matahari terlalu lama boleh menyebabkan kulit menggelupas. Pendedahan pada cahaya matahari juga akan membuatkan kulit menjadi gelap. Kuning tidak kelihatan tapi tidak bermakna ia tidak ada lagi.

  • 55 or older
  • Heart issues, atrial fibrillation and blood problems

Bahan-bahan :
2 cawan kacang tanah - digoreng tanpa minyak dan kisar
10 -12 tangkai cili kering - digoreng
1 genggam ikan bilis - digoreng garing
1 sudu besar udang kering tanpa kulit - digoreng garing
2 sudu besar bawang goreng
Air asam jawa
Air kosong
Garam dan gula secukupnya

Cara-cara :
Kisar cili kering goreng, bawang goreng, ikan bilis goreng, udang kering goreng sehingga halus. Campurkan dengan kacang tanah kisar dan gaul rata.

Bila nak makan, cuma campur air secukupnya dan tambah air asam jawa sedikit dan letak garam dan gula secukup rasa. Masak seketika diatas api sehingga mendidih dan pekat.
