Recipe For Losing Weight ..........


Healing properties of honey and cinnamon are well known, but did you know that the combination of these two ingredients can help you lose weight? Try this delicious drink that is easy for preparation. It accelerates metabolism and will help you to get rid of excess weight without trouble. If you are too lazy to exercise, there are other solutions.

Ingredients needed:
– 2 tablespoons of honey
– 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
– 250 ml of water

Method of preparation:
Boil the water before you pour it over the cinnamon. Cover the bowl you are using and let it cool all the way. Add the honey afterwards and give the mixture a good stir. Never add honey in way too hot water because that way it will lose its nutrients.

Drink half of the resulting mixture in the evening before you go to bed and store the rest of it in the fridge. Drink the other half the very next morning, on an empty stomach. However, remember not to preheat it before drinking it.
This is all you need to do. This recipe will do its magic only if consumed on an empty stomach.
