7 biji mempelam/ mangga muda
7@8 sudu besar gula
2@3 biji cili api ikut kepedasan
9 biji biji asam boi yg putih
2 sudu besar serbuk asam boi
Caranya
1. Mangga/mempelam dibuang kulit dan dipotong memanjang jangan nipis sangat ye
2. Dalam bekas tupperware masukkan hirisan mangga dan masukkan pula kesemua bahan di atas.. Tak perlu tambah air. Tutup dengan penutup bekas.
3. Dan simpan jeruk mangga dalam peti selama 6 jam atau sehingga kesemuanya 'mesra
